Double occupancy is shown first as the primary package. The website reservation deposit remains $500 per room for up to two travelers.

Optional January 6–8 add-on: $2,122 per traveler, plus a $616 single supplement where applicable. Final payment is due October 15, 2027.

DETAILED ITINERARY
This itinerary balances cultural immersion, historical exploration, relaxation, optional festival opportunities, and a memorable farewell experience on the Volta River.
Arrive at Kotoka International Airport (ACC), transfer privately to Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel Accra, check in, relax, and gather for the Welcome Meet & Greet.
Visit Black Star Square, Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park & Mausoleum, Makola Market, the National Museum of Ghana, and the W.E.B. Du Bois Centre, followed by an evening at leisure.
Experience an Art Center cultural program and traditional drumming lesson, followed by a free afternoon for shopping, relaxation, exploration, and an evening at leisure.
Enjoy Accra at your own pace, visit local markets and restaurants, schedule spa treatments, and prepare for evening festivities. AfroFuture, Afrochella/AfroFuture events, beach parties, and New Year’s Eve celebrations are optional. Festival tickets are not included and may be purchased separately.
Sleep in after New Year’s Eve, explore Accra independently, enjoy optional shopping, dining, and cultural experiences, and spend the evening at leisure.
Check out of Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel, travel to Cape Coast, visit Assin Manso Slave River Site, participate in a traditional naming ceremony, tour Cape Coast Castle, check in to beachfront accommodations, and gather for a beach bonfire.
Visit Kakum National Park & Canopy Walk, take part in a Ghanaian cooking class and batik workshop, and enjoy a free evening along the coast.
Check out of the Cape Coast accommodations, return to Accra, check back in to Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel, and enjoy the evening at leisure.
Take a scenic drive to Akosombo, enjoy the Royal Senchi Boat Cruise on the Volta River and leisure at Royal Senchi Resort, gather for the farewell celebration dinner, return to Accra, and spend the final overnight in Ghana.
Transfer to Kotoka International Airport for the return flight to the United States.
